I've received the box to set it up, but I believe I need the gray cable to connect to my broadband as I only have the open reach telephone socket in my apartment
@Abeer1 No one knows what you have bought and ordered from sky, what does it all say in your order details, if your are in a fibre area, then copper cable will be getting replaced with fibre but only you can say what you ordered as a service!
