@Stubbins+Fold if the hub is dropping its connection to the line run the srrvice checker in the My Sky app (it works over mobile connections) to see if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If thry aren't call them and report the issue.

 

If however its the WiFi connection in your home you may need a booster or similar.
