Main issue with Sky. You cannot use Internet via VPN.
Call sky and they will tell you it's a know issue and they are working on a permanent solution. A temporary solution can take up to 48 hours. If you say you need it faster, they tell you it could be 5 working days so they are being nice.
Then I am told that my request to get it fix faster is unreasonable. Apparently Sky thinks that selling a service that does not work properly is reasonable, but wanting the service to work is unreasonable.
Anybody knows how i can escalate this, please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@dudemeister read the pinned pist at the top of the cforum and follow the instructions there. This only affects certain vpn systems used for customers to work from home on what are sold as a domestic connections..
