Signal ok , hub will not connect to WiFi. Customer service couldn't help and got cut off after 40 mi

Hub suddenly will not connect to WiFi. Followed onscreen instructions in settings. 

Customer service held on 40 mins being cut off.

Turned both hub and router several times still not connecting, not a new router or hub was working yesterday !
