I've only been with sky circa a month now, the first week or so has been fine and decent speeds.
the past two weeks now the signal is constantly dropping out, I had aleaxa playing Christmas songs which dropped out at least 3 times per song, I was on a teams call (not video) and again dropped out at least 3-4 times, even Netflix has to keep catching up (and this is just today...) I've tried running speed tests and it will not give me a result.
ive even done the sky test of connection & wifi etc...
how long is my cancellation period as this is terrible (and I've been with sky tv for around 14 years...)
this really is not a good look....

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Vv3bby Sky give you a 31 day colling off period which should run from the date the service is activated. If you give Sky a reasonable chancecto fix the service butvthey can't they will normally release you from contract.
There could be several possible causes but the first is a line issue affecting your connection which pretty obviously would need fixing as switching tonanother isp using thecsame line will mean the issue moves with you. If you haveca black Sky hubs please post your hub's connection stats. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
