We're having the same problem here. Problem started around 17:30. Sky checks say it's all working, all lights on the box are lit up, but all devices say "connected, no internet"

I'm having the exact same issue. Phones work but iPads, TVs don't.

Semi update: just finished a 45 minute phone call with a lovely customer service representative. We tried turning it off and on again, and again, and again, turning cables around, and generally getting all the lights to flash in different orders... but the problem persists, so I need to call back tomorrow, because the department that the problem needs to be escalated to, clocked off at 8.30.
So if turning it off and on again doesn't work, and all your cables are genuinely clicked into the right places nice and tight, call sky in the morning.

I have not had any internet connection since early this morning. Have called and spoke with customer service 3 x and have been told
there is an Outage in the area and BT are working to fix it.

Same Sarah, my problem is apparently as I only have 3 green lights on the hub (4th is not lit up). Told someone will get back to me within 72 hours.

Everything is working now. Recommend you call Sky and they need to escalate. Can't fix yourself.

I already did that by turning and unplugging from the socket but still no Internet.
