Signal dropping in and out

I've been a sky customer for twenty years plus and we have had our issues but of late the signal is dropping in and out more often and its always the usual turn it off removefrom the wall and when that doesn't work a phone call to get it fixed for another short period i'm starting to get annoyed and would take any advice or solutions out here even if it means moving to a different company
