Shy ultrafast pricing

Is there a less costly sky fibre broadband 

I currently pay for Sky ultrafast and find it is very expensive

Are you in contract? Prices can be higher if your out of contract.

Sky do offer a reduced rate called the social tariff, this is available if you claim a qualifying benefit. See here;

'Ultrafast' over FTTP comes in 100, 150, 500 and 900Mbs versions: each lower speed band is typically somewhat cheaper but the difference can be extremely small.  The social tariff broadband which @jamesn123 mentioned is only 35Mbs but can still be delivered over a full fibre connection to a qualifying household as an exception.

 

Ultrafast on G.fast (copper into the property) from Sky has only the 150Mbs tier.
