no internet since 1 week !!

i dont have internet since 7/8 days i cant belived in 2025 that happen in a mega city !  they said they are working on ... but how its possible its so long ? nobody can stay without internet during 1 week ! firm have to work

One time I went away on holiday and didn't have internet for a week, I managed to make it out alive but I do think I almost died....

In all seriousness these things can happen, if a fibre cable gets broken or local cabinet is destroyed it can take weeks for Openreach to get the right equipment, workers & permission from the council to dig up a road. All you can do is wait. 

It may be worth looking at a temporary 4G/5G hotspot.

Repairs in an urban area can be considerably more complicated and prolonged than those with less traffic, more parking places, fewer pavements, space for ladders...
