broadband keeping cutting off , doesn't seem to reach to my bedrooms

@Jenna38 unclear if you have an issue with your Sky hub loses connection and separately the wifi signal doesnt reach your bedroom or just the latter. If your hub is losing connection see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

WiFi range deoends on the layout of your home and how it is built and in many homes axsingle WiFi router cannot orovide usable WiFi in every room.in these cases you need someform of WiFiextenders which Sky will supply if you buy their WiFi Max add-on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy a third party WiFi system as I have done.
