I recently added Broadband Boost. A couple of weeks ago I was sent some new cables. Should I also receive a new hub? Thanks in advance.

What cables have you received ?
Have you upgraded you broadband speed ie part fibre to full fibre?

Hi thanks for your help. We were already with Sky and I upgraded to Superfast. We have a hub from the previous package and they have sent us the cables in the attached image when we upgraded.

The one on the left is for the phone which will plug into the back of the sky router. The other one plugs into the mastersocket on the wall and plugs into the purple socket on the router
The way broadband boost works is entitles you to retropectively claim a free broadband boost box/mesh if any room can't get 3Mbps

Thanks, our hub is already connected using the original pre superfast cables. Do I still need to change over the cables? Just trying to work out if I need to change the set up to activate the superfast service?

Its not necessary but i would simply because they are brand new cables

OK thanks. I assume from your previous feedback that we then need to check the speed in each room and let Sky know if we are not getting 3Mbps in any of the rooms?

Actually they should send out the first one upon request any more up to a max of 3 usually require an engineer visit to do a site survey using specialist Airties software
