Setting Missing

My internet was installed 1 week ago but the router is still missing on the my sky app meaning I can't change the settings to help connect my Samsung tv. 

I was told it would take 72 hours to correct but I'm still waiting and have been told another 2 weeks! I'm  now paying for sky stream with my broadband deal but can't use it as I can't access the internet on the tv. 

Can anybody please help before I cancel the whole subscription. And find another provider.

Sky Stream doesnt require any settings changed in order for it to work, what issues are you running into with using it with your broadband in its current state?

It's not sky stream I'm having issues with.  I can't use it as the tv can't connect to the internet. 

I can't access the router settings as the router isn't showing on the my sky app. I've been told I need to change some of the router setting to be able to get the Samsung tv to connect to the internet.

@Pablo5383 if you have the white Sky hub the settings are in the My Sky app under Broadband/Product Seetings/Sky Max hub. If they are not appearing sign out of the app close it and the reopen it and sign in with the Sky id linked to the email address younused when buying Sky broadband. If theyvstill dont appear you will need to talk to Sky.

apparently it had something do to with the router not on boarding? 

I'll be three weeks tomorrow and still nothing done about it.
