Service is not working, correct

I have an ad board button here properly for over four weeks. It's been cutting in and out. I've been constantly trying to ring Skye and get this issue resolved. I've sent an email to the complex department and everybody's got back to me

I'm sorry but I'm not understanding your issue. What's an ad board button?

What is happening when you try to call Sky?

 

I'm not aware of a 'complex department', but Sky don't use email for general communication which may explain why nobody (not everybody) has got back to you.
