Service checker unavailable after showing an issue

Had an email to terminate my broadband contract as they haven't been able to fix an issue. We haven't noticed anything wrong with the sky products but shows on the app there is a problem with the broadband, tried to run tests and it says the service checker isn't available?! What am I supposed to do? The links given on the email to help just tell me to use the service checker but it's not working!! Spoken with the online help team and they just say to use the service checker lol

@Kei+Ann Sky normally.tell customers that they can move to another ISP while still in contract without penalty where they cannot provide the guranteed speed. This is not common but does happen where a line does not perform in practice as the database assumed it should.

There are two things to consider first is do you have an alternative service in your road like Virgin Media? Just switching to another ISP like say BT who will use the same line is pointless as they will have the same issue. Secondly do you actually need a faster service?

If you post your hub's connection stats forum members should becable to see what is going on. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

Re: Service checker unavailable after showing an issue

We currently have sky super fast broadband so there isn't an upgrade I'm aware of with them to change to.

I've attached a screenshot of the broadband results from the link thing you said in the reply and this is what it says. How do I find out if I'm best off using a different broadband in regards to my street/ location? This is my first home so I'm actually clueless regarding anything like this

Thanks x @Chrisee
