i I think someone has hacked my WiFi account.
could you please change my password and send me the new one through the post immediately.

Unfortunately that's simply not possible and so cannot happen.
If you are referring to a WiFi password, resetting and then changing the default password is described here:

I'd add that the only way Sky can provision a different wireless password themselves is to ship a whole new Hub.
It's perhaps worth noting that actual 'hacking' is vanishingly rare: the biggest single security risk with an ISP router is that a neighbour gets to see the label which has the password printed on it.
