Unfortunately that's simply not possible and so cannot happen.

 

If you are referring to a WiFi password, resetting and then changing the default password is described here:

I'd add that the only way Sky can provision a different wireless password themselves is to ship a whole new Hub.

 

It's perhaps worth noting that actual 'hacking' is vanishingly rare: the biggest single security risk with an ISP router is that a neighbour gets to see the label which has the password printed on it.
