Scam numbers

Called from 0333443xxx0 Claimed to be Sky wanting to book an engineer appointment to upgrade me to full fibre. I asked if it was free " depends " they said ( I know it will be free for me). Very poor line and not great English. So I thought not may be a scam. He was very keen to tell me how long I'd been a Sky subscriber but she. I asked him to tell me my current Sky package he rang off. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFO.

This is definately a SCAM, confirmed by SKY customer service (I contaced them this morning after having several calls on home and mobile)

Sky will only contact you via official channels (your account, email or post)

They definately won't be asking you to sign up to something you are already signed up to.
