Internet cut early

Why was my Internet turned off 2 days earlier than it should of???? This really has screwed us up

@KeanoFreemantle Why, what connection are you on with the sky Package, and who supplies you if you know, OR Openreach or CF CityFibre, there is not anything that can be done once the supply is removed, if you need BB is there Mobile you can tether or hotspot short term! Or it may just be the Internet is down at your location area, fact if you are moving or requested disconnect sometimes work orders get done ahead off time!

@KeanoFreemantle we do see a trickle of similar complaints where a line has been disconnected early. Sky themselves are rarely to blame rather it is a trigger happy Openreach or City Fibres engineer. Sky normally cannot get a line restored so al they can domis apologise.
