Says connection is good

Constantly trying to connect to the internet. Says that internet is working good 2nd month with sky and it's dreadful worse than BT 8thats saying something. The hub lights are all green yet our connection freezes and when train passes nearby internet stops altogether. Signal is dreadful on my mobile in front room and only slightly better at back of the house. How long do I have to stay with sky????

I'm having the exact same issue. During late hours connection keeps dropping but online it says that everything is fine. Really need to leave sky asap

Yep I am here too! Just got off a work trip, flew home....come in the house and can't turn any of my lights off on their smart plugs. Sky are AWFUL

My broadband has been off since 2.15 am today the 17/03/2024 and once again I keep checking for service issues online but not showing anything still
