Connection issues

My sky puck and PlayStation wont connect to the internet

I'm having the same issue but when you run service checker on sky app it says everything's ok but nothing will connect and only 3 green lights on the box and a yellow. Happens all the time, sky's getting worse thinking of moving supplier. Restart the router and hope it works for you

Thank you. I've just joined them. Turns out all I needed to do was pull out and re plug in the internet cable. The only one I hadn't tried.
