Samsung tv won’t connect to sky hub

My Samsung tv never connects to the sky hub all my other devices do just this tv won't 

I never had an issue till I got sky broadband max

keeps saying IP set up failed and make sure DHCP server is enabled

@Michelle831 Have a check on the sky Max hub with your app, see what the wireless security setting is at, wpa2-psk best for the TV!
