Really slow, bad connection and lagging

Over the last week our sky wifi is really slow, constantly disconnecting when on teams calls. Films keep pausing when watching streaming on the tv. Wifi keeps dropping out on our phones so phones automatically going onto 4g. I've checked and reset all the routers and the extender router I have. It's saying there isn't an issue in my area but it's really annoying now.

@Sophie+street Is it just the wi-fi signal that is the current issue or is it the broadband that is going out, see the link below! More than one router on the system then say what you have!
