I have just had sky broadband installed. All other devices have managed to connect wintout any issues however when I connect my Samsung phone it says connected without Internet. I have tried all the troubleshooting I could find online along with the troubleshooting from Sky specific. I am unsure how to proceed as it seems to just be this one device with the issue.
