  • My broadband is rubbish always a problem and sky are aware of this been like this for months .

@Lorraine59 As you have nothing posted up, has all your conversations been with sky Customer service etc, have you ever managed to get a sky Engineer out to take a look why you may be having issue's if it is home side, and not just a bad/poor line condition!

My broadband giving trouble all the time and at this stage I'm fed up was trying to get high speed but ye won't help me on that cause ye have to dig a hole 4 feet deep to get the cable I have arthritis if ye can't I have to get someone else

@PsL3 Have you called sky to report it? Dial 150 from your landline from 8am to 8pm!
