Samsung TV & Sky Full Fibre

Hi,

 

I switched to Sky Full Fibre yesterday and have been unable to connect broadband to my TV - Samsung UE65TU7020

 

I have factory reset the TV, as well as using the WPS option but it will not connect whatsoever. 

Also, my Sky Q box is constantly dropping broadband. Very frustrating as you can imagine!

 

Any help / advice please?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
