I have just received a replacement router and the problem is only 2 light are on ,no Internet light on

@zoubirh Going to assume that your heading Sam means Same as before, if your sky Hub like before is two lights and the Internet light is out/off or Amber, then connection issue, that can be external/internal or an area wide, run the service checker over mobile to see if it reports anything to you, if not then a call to sky is required for you. Link below.

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
