No internet
Router showing as not connected to internet. Power light is on, voice is on amber. WiFi is showing as green but internet light not showing. Has happened twice today 26/10/25 and have followed various troubleshooting provided by sky but to no avail.
please advise. This is beyond a joke.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

All of the above done booked an engineer earliest date was Tuesday been without any Internet since last night.

Tuesday for an engineer is good. Sky normally quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time. This is the service level agreement in the UK between ISPs and Openreach for fixing a fault as Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in about 85+% of cases.
