SR203 rebooting every hour or less

I'm now on my second router SR203 since joining around 6m or so ago. I cannot find a way to speak to a human being via the sky website.

 

I've done all the usual testing myself, nothing has changed on my network since installing second router 5 months or so ago, including removing all things attached to the router. Could I Sky employee please get in touch as I'm sure it is going to need swapping out after being fine for the last 5 months.
