Internet keeps cutting off every 10 minutes
We have been having issues since Saturday night approx 9pm, when broadband/Internet went off, voice led on hub went to amber then Internet went amber started flashing and then went off, the hub has been reset numerous times, unfortunately we have sky glass , that has turned out to be the biggest waste of money ever!!, it is now staying on for approx 10 mins since sunday then disconnects, then we reset it and another 10 mins and it goes off, this morning it isnt even lasting a minite until it resets itself, no issues stated on checker .now no Internet and no tv with 4 kids in the house not good at all...Virgin is doing there sales rounds at the moment and they are looking very promising at the moment
