SKY NO INTERNET ENTIRE SOUTH EAST - FIX THIS ASAP

No internet in Eastbourne, read multiple people all over the south east saying exactly the same, SKY sort this out happens all the time yet ur website says "No Issues"!?

@Mrl2 & @TrueTrojan loss of connection at 1.30am is almost certainly due to maintenance work on the network. This essential work is always done at night to cause the minimum inconvenience.
