Our router has be on tne orange light since yesterday morning .
tried un plugging and restting but still on orange.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@willie17 sounds like a line issue. Run the service checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection to see if it tells you Sky are already aware of a fault affecting yiur line. If they arent call them to report it when the lines open in the next hour.
