SKY MAX

New set up; just an upgrade so have plugged in as per the requirements. Nothing working. Called sky. They're on a training day. Accesed 'set up' in the My Sky App as its a new hub, it loads the pay to install the app...while I'm in the app! So I'm now paying more and can't use anything.

@Kingcarl no idea why you think you havevto psy for the My Sky app it is entirely free to Sky customers. Sky only start charging when the service goes live. Has the hub connected to the incoming service ie its led is white? Can you connect acdevice to  the new hub if so can you reach a site like Google.com?

The comment about paying more was related to the upgrade from hub to max. Sorry my bad 

 

Its a white light. My phone finds the device and is "connected without internet" the sky Max hub is listed as 'offline' despite being connected the exact way my hub was previously.
