SKY FAILED TO DELIVER HUB BUT SWITCHED ME OVER - I HAVE NO INTERNET!!!!

Very dissapointed!!!

 

Paid for installation and activation , an engineer came out and set everything up, but no hub has been delivered. 

Why have sky switched me over without supplying the HUB!

 

I HAVE NO INTERNET - THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

Can someone from SKY contact me because this is seriously frustrating.

@Ara7 Unfortunately your not speaking to Sky here, the forum is mainly customer to customer support with a few Sky staff, they will be unable to assist in this matter.

 

You will have to call Sky to see why the hub has not been delivered before the activation day.

@Ara7  What information does it tell you about your equipment delivery in track orders in my account?
