SCAM!!

Had a phone call from this number asking if I'd received a text regarding sky broadband. I said I had (which I did) and this person then said right let's get you booked in for an upgrade to fibre then asked for my name which I gave and asked for my address. Again. I gave it. Then asked for my password. I said hmm I'm not too sure off hand (getting suss now) so he then asks for mothers maiden name... I hung up. 
Be very aware. I had received a text a few weeks prior and also my broadband is up for renewal. 
This person was speaking very quickly almost so I didn't have chance to think. Luckily I caught on and ended the call. 
Just be very vigilant!

All numbers can be spoofed so you are right to be treat this with caution especially if the person you asked for did not ask fior your telephone password which they should do so the tip is to always give a wrong one to see if they continue the call.

@L_W Below sky help and in it numbers from sky but you always have to be aware as even those can be spoofed!
