Rubbish overpriced internet

It's funny how this app keeps saying no problem with your WiFi until I turn my 4g off my phone and I get a "your offline" message. No **bleep** Sherlock!  Like I am just checking my internet on my sky app for fun as I have nothing better to do, whilst also trying to watch something as a family on a Saturday night.

Not a great look for you guys. Really bored of internet dropping in and out and will actively start looking for a new provider next week.

@BoredOfSky109  You're not contacting Sky by posting here, no one from Sky will know who you are from a community post, as a result nothing will happen on the back of your post.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Welcome to the forum, what speed is your sky glass, or puck getting ? You can check this by opening netfix, going to help opening that and running check my network, also the min speed is 30mps for hd channels and 35 mps for uhd channels, and the more devices you have connected to the internet the weaker the signal is to each, so if you get  100 mps to the hub, sky glass, puck, will use most of the wifi, your broadband speed you pay for is to the hub not to the device

Hope this helps
