Rubbish internet.

• My internet keeps dropping out. All the time. We then can't watch television. It's really annoying me. If it isn't sorted and this keeps happening I will be leaving sky and go with another provider. I'm paying for a service that I can't use 50% of the time at the minute. It's really awful and regularly drops out. I have red lights on my box and it takes ages to reconnect. I'm really not happy with the service.

It has just dropped out for the second time in 5 mins. I'm really getting annoyed with this. The connection is horrendous. The rest says the connection is fine. My phone won't work on the wifi and neither will my sky glass.
