Sky network inactive

I've been trying to get connected to my broadband for a week and a half now, sky says it's an open reach problem and open reach says it's a sky problem. I've got an engineer coming out again in two days so I thought I'd log onto the ip and check the router settings. Currently it says "sky network inactive". Can anyone confirm which side is causing this issue please? Thank you

@Nemobob all thst error message means is your hub is not connected to Sky's servers. Whether that is due to a line issue or an issue at Sky's end is impossible to know. It is quite common for Openreach staff to blame Sky and vice versa the key thing is to get your line back up which hopefully the engineer can do on Tuesday.
