If you are using a device connected by WiFi to the Sky hub the odds are you are simply measuring the WiFi spedd in your home. WiFi spedds arexaffected by the layout and type of construction of your hime so are not something Sky can control nor guarantee.
In pactice 120Mb/s is more than most domestic and business apps can use but if you feel you nedd higher speeds you will have to invest in some WIFi equipment of your own. Sky offer a package called WiFi Max which guarantees WiFi speeds of 25Mb/s in every room in your home assuming that can be achieved using up to 3 extenders.
