@IJ2 the orange internet light means the hub has lost connection to the exchange. Run the online service checker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection which should tell you if Sky already know about a fault affecting your line. If theyvdont ring them so they can get it checked out but expectva delay as after thecweekend's storm there are likely to be a backlog.
