Router

I've had my router since 2020. Model SR. It has 4 green lights from L to R - power, internet, wi-fi, and voice. The green lights are glowing on for the internet and Wi-Fi options.  The lights are not glowing at all  for power or voice options. Apart from the internal light bulbs can anyone explain why the power and voice  lights are not glowing. I assume I have power because I am getting both internet and wi-fi albeit rather low speed because we do not have a fast fibre service available.

Do you have internet calls on your landline phone? Or does your phone plug into a wall socket?

I have an ADSL splitter  socket plugged into the wall socket. From the ADSL the internet lead and phone leads are plugged into the back of the Router. Does that help?
