Router

I am a staff member my hub constantly drops onto a red light and losing connection I am looking to raise a service call to replace hardware

@Esmae2 You can't raise a service call via the community, as you are staff you should have a dedicated staff contact number that you can call to raise faults, if you don't then you will just have to call customer service.

@Esmae2  As per @daveNOS  there is a Staff line that you can use for any issue with your service.  Do you not have this info?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
