Max hub will not go through setup

We upgraded to full fibre 500, we already had the max hub but about 3hours after it asked to setup the router, have tried many times over the last 2 days but cannot get past the initial...it may take between 5 and 20 mins to complete.  We've reset the router, tried everything, any ideas gratefully receiver as I now cannot connect the pod booster, many thanks in advance

@sarascottyoung assume you have worked through the help here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-max-hub-do-you-have-internet-calls if so does the hub show in the My Sky app? If it isn't and you are 100% sure you are using the Sky id linked to the Broadband account call Sky as rarely there is an issue with permissions.

Ideal, yes worked through and using the correct sign in but it will not setup to show in the app.  Wilphone sky, many thanks for your time
