Router

I am a new customer and due to move into a new house in a couple of weeks. Does the router get sent to the address? It's saying it will be live on the date I move in but if it gets delivered before no one will be there to collect it. Thank you

@Abbie8Yes it does get delivered to the address that the broadband is bing connected at. Are you just joining Sky or are you already a customer?

@Abbie8If you are not in when the equipment is due for delivery, you should be able to pick it up or ask for a re-delivery.
