Wifi constantly playing up

Hi we've been with Sky for 8 years now and never had any real problems with Broadband/WiFi but this last week or so, we've had the wifi on our phones, devices and sky Q boxes start to drop out. It has now started to constantly drop out on & off all day which is therefore now using all my mobile data. I spoke to someone at Sky a few days ago, who went through broadband and sky q box refresh but it still keeps doing it. I'm having to keep pressing the wps button on the sky q boxes, as unable to use the netflix I'm paying for. I think the router is years old now, so thinking that is the problem as all lights are green but still getting not connected to Internet issues on devices, etc.

May you please post your router stats, this can be done following the information in this link @Emz189 

Also, can you run the Broadband Test, this can be done either via the MySky App on mobile data or use this link
