Hi we've been with Sky for 8 years now and never had any real problems with Broadband/WiFi but this last week or so, we've had the wifi on our phones, devices and sky Q boxes start to drop out. It has now started to constantly drop out on & off all day which is therefore now using all my mobile data. I spoke to someone at Sky a few days ago, who went through broadband and sky q box refresh but it still keeps doing it. I'm having to keep pressing the wps button on the sky q boxes, as unable to use the netflix I'm paying for. I think the router is years old now, so thinking that is the problem as all lights are green but still getting not connected to Internet issues on devices, etc.
