Router won’t connect with sky box

Can't connect sky box to the router, have followed instructions on resetting but still doesn't connect

Hi, if your router is one of the new white ones it might be worth trying to install q box network connection using the non standard Sky router option on the Sky q settings/network you will need to type the password etc yourself.
