Issues booking Home Move

Hi

 

I'm looking for advice from a Sky Employee, I am moving house on 13th November, and I haven't been able to book a home move for Sky Q plus mobile (Sky Broadband is not available in the area I'm moving to).

 

The reason is due to a previous home move I did in May 2025 being locked into the system.  I have called a number of times to resolve this.  The last customer service rep I spoke last week to was very helpful & said they would resolve and for me to call back on Friday 7th November.

 

I will do that but my concern is that leaving it & hoping it's resolved will mean engineers are not available to put Sky into my new property when we move in.  I would grateful if a Sky Employee can advise me on this.

@DaveyK1 When you post on the sky Forum you are not speaking with anyone from sky, and very unlikely you will ever get a reply, you are best to call sky or try some off the other methods if that works better for you!
