Router settings page blocked

Im trying to login to my router's settings by typing 192.168.0.1 into the url bar, however the page is block making it impossible for me to even get to the login page. I've tried different browser and the page is still blocked

In what form is this 'block' appearing?

 

Many browsers now discourage users from accessing 'insecure' websites, which includes built-in web servers of devices such as ISP routers which use self-signed SSL certificates.

 

Browser security add-ons may well do this too.

Because the Sky Hub is within your own local network and no data involved reaches the internet, it's safe to override such a warning for that particular IP address.

I get the message "Your Internet access is blocked. Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection." this is the same across the 2 browsers

Is that an in-browser message or generated by Windows?
