Router orange flashing light

Every hour or so the orange internet light on the router starts to flash and I lose connection.

I have tried the re-set button and also  powered off the router but it still keeps happening.

It's been going on for over a week and gradually getting worse. Happened again just now.

what do you mean by router stats
