Slow broadband speed

Hello

 

My broadband speeds lately (the past several weeks) have been significantly below my guaranteed minimum. 

After running the service checks, it looks like the speed to my hub is slow but the connections to individual devices are good.

 

Ive also tried rebooting the hub (the white one btw) several times which does seem to temporarily resolve it, although still not meeting my guaranteed speed.

 

Any advice on how to fix?
