After my router went down earlier I can now only use the 5ghz WiFi and the 2.4 no longer shows. This is an issue as a number of my network is only connect to this. Car charger. Alexa controlled lights etc. I have tried resetting but still not working

@Andrew288 while it is possible the 2.4GHz band has failed it is more likely thst the hub has simply revertd to the default of transmitting a singlecdualband SSID. You can check with an app like WiFi Analyzer on a phone as that will show both bands.
